Delivery & Returns Policy
Melody Pods’ music is delivered via a strong wifi & Internet signal. Weaker and more constrained bandwidths will find the initial download of the music and subsequent updates take much longer to download.
Melody Pods does not provide physical media for its music so there is no CD mail order. The music is provided as part of the subscription services and is only available played from with the Melody Pods’ music player and whilst any registered account has subscriptions which are live.
If you are not happy with your service please contact us in the first instance via our help desk which is located by clicking this link. We would be eager to understand what issue you have experienced and gain an opportunity to resolve any problems. Most subscriptions are offered with a free seven day introductory period so that clients can be assured their business needs are met from within the app and one of the subscription services. If you feel at a later date the service does not meet your needs you can cancel at any time by going to your payment provider and cancelling the subscription agreement. This will automatically cancel your subscription here at Melody Pods.
